Customer SLA

We try our best to reply to all emails the same working day. When this isn't possible we will get back to you within 2 working days maximum. If you have a problem with your site and its our fault we'll always treat it as priority development and work on it as soon as possible. We aim to resolve all problems within 5 working days.

Email Abuse

We take all allegations of email abuse very seriously. If you have received an email from out network containing Spam, a Phishing Attempt, Abuse or Links to Malware/ Viruses etc then email abuse@koder.co.uk and we will investigate. Please ensure you forward to us the full email you have received (including all headers) along with any other information that you may think useful (frequency of received email)

Domain Name Terms and Prices

All domain names are registered on your behalf for a minimum of 2 years.

Prices for .com and .org domains are £25 p/a

Prices for .co.uk and .org.uk domains are £20 p/a

Vat will be added to these fees based on the current rate

Other domains are available - prices are available on request and depend on availability and current exchange rates)

We will renew your domains name(s) automatically upon expiry. We will let you know 30 days before your domain expires that we will renew it for you on your behalf. Once your domain has been renewed we will invoice you for the domain(s). If payment for a domain is not made within 2 years of us registering or re-registering your domain then we will stop renewing your domain and allow it to fall back into the public name-space.

You may cancel a domain at any time and upon that domain expiring we will not renew it for you.

We do not make a charge for the transfer in or transfer out (TAG change) of .uk domains.

We do not make a charge for the transfer in or transfer out of ICAAN controlled domains although 1 years additional registration is applied to any transfer with the charge being issued by the receiving registrar.

Complaints Procedure and Handling

We work extremely hard to provide to you an excellent standard of work at a very reasonable price. However, we are human and we realise that sometimes we make mistakes. Your feedback when we get things wrong is just as valuable as when we get things right and help us improve our service going forward. If you are unhappy with with service you have received then please send an email to complaints@koder.co.uk providing as much detail of the complaint as possible. We'll get back to you within 1 working day to acknowledge receipt of your email and contact you to try our best to remedy your complain within 5 working days. If you are unhappy with the resolution suggested then you can escalate the matter by emailing the manager directly at complaints@koder.co.uk.
